The Lofts’ pet policy is fairly simple.
All your roommates have to approve your pet, who must be six months or older. A $350 non-refundable pet fee is paid up front, and your monthly pet rent is determined by your animal’s weight. Pets 35 pounds and under are $35 a month. (For restricted dog breeds, contact the leasing office.)
