In order to expose you to as many awesome deals in DC rentals as possible, each week we will highlight an affordable apartment for rent available right now in DC courtesy of one of our favorite Washington real estate experts and her blog, Exposed Brick DC. This week, we’ve got Summer on the brain with this studio apartment with a rooftop pool in Logan Circle.

What makes it great: With Spring in the air, it is time to start thinking about how you are going to get to a rooftop pool this summer. Lucky for you, this studio has an awesome rooftop pool. The studio appears to be on the smaller side but it has beautiful hardwood floors and a cute and cozy kitchen. This is a little bit pricey for a studio but all utilities are included and you are in a booming neighborhood.
Why you should think twice: Closet space may be lacking.
