What You Won't Find In Adams Morgan DC

What You Won’t Find

Because this neighborhood is still an up and coming area, you won’t find the firm foundation that other D.C. neighborhoods may already have. Living here is a recent trend, and the Capitol Riverfront/Navy Yard neighborhood is constantly evolving and bettering itself. Residents must be flexible, as things in this area will be changing frequently until the neighborhood can find its niche in the D.C. hub. At the moment, the dining scene and selection of restaurants to choose from is really picking up, but retail and shopping are lacking.  That being said, these will all be good changes that everyone should be excited for what is to come.

Living In Adams Morgan | DC Apartments Adams Morgan

Living In The Capitol Riverfront

As this is a relatively newly developed area, most rentals here will be found in mid-rise luxury apartment communities.  Amenities are the name of the game in this neighborhood, and you’ll have your pick of places that boast rooftop pools and views of either the waterfront of the Capitol and Washington Monument.

Park Chelsea is our favorite community in the neighborhood. With a 24-hour concierge, a lap pool, yoga studio, fitness-on-demand, locker rooms, game rooms, and more, the Park Chelsea community truly takes care of its residents. The apartments are even better with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood laminate flooring, and spacious rooms and closets. The building is in close proximity to all that the neighborhood has to offer, and close to public transportation should you need to leave. All in all, if you plan to live in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood, it doesn’t get much better than Park Chelsea.
